You Should Watch This: NINETIES FTW

I’ve never made it a secret that I’ve been stuck in the 90’s in regards to music.  I enjoy a lot of newer music, but the pinnacle for me rests firmly in the 90’s.

 

The 6 discs currently in my car are:

  • Nirvana (all of their albums)
  • Orbital (a good chunk of their albums)
  • Marilyn Manson (all of his albums/singles up to HolyWood)
  • Smashing Pumpkins (all albums up to Adore)
  • L7 (all of the discs I own)
  • The Prodigy (Music for the Jilted Generation)

I’m officially that guy.  I’ve come to terms with it.  All of that being said, this video/music mashup of 90’s hits is pretty great.   I particularly enjoy the Smashing Pumpkins/Radiohead section.  I showed this to Ceej today and he also concurred that this is one of the best mashups we’ve ever watched.  Take a listen and relive the good old days.
