The Brain Dead Oven – BDR Baked Brie
Lesley is a fan of cheese. Not just a normal fan, but a HUGE FAN. I’ve never seen someone eat that much cheese before I met her. It borders on sickening. SO MUCH CHEESE. Now myself on the other hand, I enjoy a good piece of pepper jack cheese on a burger, or cheese on a taco, or nachos, or…you get the idea. She’s introduced me to countless different types of cheese and I usually just take a small bite, nod, and say “Yep, that’s cheese alright.” It just doesn’t do anything for me unless there is some sort of meat involved. That all changed when she first made this recipe. This is one amazing dish. Perfect for those nights when you’ve been hanging out with Baltar or when you want to feel fancy in front of your friends. It’s also incredibly easy and cheap to make.
