You Should Watch This: It’s Time For The Gathering of the Juggalos

It’s not a secret that Ceej and I at one point, were in to ICP and some of the other related acts on Psychopathic label. I give myself a free pass because unlike Ceej I never painted my face. Thank god. I also gave up after the disappointing Milenko album. Ceej stayed on only to find out that the secret message was all about God. Burn. Say what you will about ICP (and I’m sure a lot of you have already), but their Riddle Box album still has some pretty decent production on it. I don’t hate on Juggalos like a lot of people do, I will poke fun, but only because some of the people who go hardcore for it are just as embarrassing as Furries or Bronies.
I think it’s great that people out there are able to find something to belong to however at the same time it’s hard for me to take them seriously when they spout shit like: ” BE ONE OF THE FREE THINKING SURVIVORS, but don’t forget to paint your face and dress-up like everyone else!”. To each their own. One day I would love to go to this with Ceej as a social experiment but I somehow doubt I’d ever be able to talk him into it. They do have a decent line up this year though. The fucking GETO BOYS are back, George Clinton is showing up, The Pharcyde and Raekwon will be there, Warren G, and they even got Cheech and Chong to do a set. If you’re into this sort of thing, then WOOP WOOP!
