It’s no surprise that here at BDR we are huge fans of gaming and in particular huge fans of retro gaming.  Some of our favorite games are from the days when 8-bit and 16-bit graphics ruled the scene and every once in a while a new game comes out that brings us back to that awesome time in history.  I’d like to present to you, Super Mario Bros. Crossover 2.0, a magnificent flash game created by Jay Pavlina and Zach Robinson (Ryuza) from Exploding Rabbit.

They have updated the game with a ton of new features including three visual styles to play the game: NES, SNES and Game Boy, new characters, a new power up system with multiple power ups per character and much more which you can read about here.

Playing through the Super Mario Bros. levels with Ryu Hayabusa is sublime.  If you’re a fan of of retro gaming, you’ll dig this.

Rob is one of the co-creators of everything you see before you. He enjoys drinking the finest ales in all of the land, playing stupid amounts of video games, and relaxing with his fiance and his dog. He's also pretty cool. At least that's what his mother told him.
